To assist you in understanding these Terms, we have defined key terms below:

• “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that registers to use the Services by creating a My Lekha account.
• “Authorized User” refers to any person or entity authorized by a Customer to use the Services.
• “Personal Data” means any data related to an identifiable natural person.
• “Sensitive Data” includes data revealing racial or ethnic origin, health data, genetic or biometric data, etc.
• “We,” “Us,” or “My Lekha” refers to My Lekha Tech Solutions.
• “Services” refer to My Lekha‘s point-of-sale and inventory management products.
• “Content” includes text, graphics, audio, video materials, and documentation.
• “You” refers to the Customer and, where applicable, any Authorized Users.

To use our Services, you must be at least the minimum legal age in your country to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to promptly update any changes.

My Lekha Tech Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your business operations. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

We may cancel or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security risks. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

MyLekha offers a 45-day free access period. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Payments are manual; we do not store cards for automatic renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by stopping renewal. You will continue to access paid features until your current paid period expires.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact MyLekha Support before opening a chargeback.

We reserve the right to impose limits on excessive usage, including storage, transaction volume, and bandwidth.

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. Sensitive Data should not be processed through our Services.

All intellectual property rights in our Services remain the property of My Lekha Tech Solutions.

My Lekha Tech Solutions provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cambodia.

We may partner with third parties for additional services. Our Services are intended for business purposes and are not subject to consumer protection laws.
