- That’s when reality hit: endless feedback, nonstop bugs,
- Same day we were dropping at least 10 builds; begging the customer to reinstall again and again

- Still listening, fixing, improving, and building again but with 3 WRONG:

- Then came 2022, and reality hit us harder than we expected.
- No income, Expenses rising. Money wasted on hardware experiments.
- No roadmap. No planning.
- Just loss… after loss.
- It felt like every direction we took was wrong.
- By 2023, even my own co-founder started losing faith.
- We thought going to Phnom Penh to join a startup challenge would save us with extra funding — but we fell short.
- And that failure broke whatever trust remained.

- From a broken place, we won 1st prize at Techo Startup Reversed Innovation.
- Challenges still followed as a co-founder requested his share of the reward.
- We gave him half out of respect, leaving us short on funds again.
- This time, we persevered and continued moving forward.
- In 2025, everything changed.

- Our tiny 3-person team grew into 12 full-time and part-time warriors,
- We shifted from freemium to subscription.
